New Wave Fine Foods is proud to have formed long-term relationships with a variety of selected suppliers. We source our produce locally and regionally whenever possible, and seek out the best farmers, growers and suppliers, many of whom are small, family-run businesses dedicated to producing the finest-quality produce.

The Tomato Stall

The Tomato Stall on the Isle Wight are passionate about tomatoes. With over 40 varieties grown every year and over 200 varieties trailed each year on the quest for the finest flavours.  From the hearty beef to the naturally sweet piccolo, their diverse range of tomatoes are carefully selected to offer the finest quality and best taste.

The Tomato Stall’s love of the Isle of Wight and passion for their environment has inspired a wide range of sustainable measures within their nurseries.  All of their tomatoes are left to ripen on the vine and picked at their peak of flavour; ensuring they reach their customers bursting with freshness and naturally sweet.  Their growing and picking team have years of experience and always strive to produce the best tomatoes.

As with all companies diversification has happened and The Tomato Stall now offer a whole range of products including, roasted tomatoes, tomato juice, chutneys, relishes, sauces and dressings. Many of their produces are as nature intended…. 100% natural.

<strong>Cerney Cheese</strong>

World Cheese Award Winner - Best Goats Cheese

Since 1983 Cerney Cheese have kept to the original hand-made process of cheese making and continue to locally source there goats' milk. They like their milk-producing goats to be loved, cared for and preferably named!

Every stage of the cheese making process is performed by hand, from ladling and pressing the curd into moulds, to gently patting oak ash on the Pyramid or tying rafia around the Vine.

In 2014 they won Best Goats Cheese in the World at the World Cheese Awards.... now thats epic! 

<strong>Cackleberry Farm Eggs</strong>

Cackleberry Farm Eggs

Cackleberry Farm is nestled at the bottom of a hill just outside Stow-on-the-Wold. Run by Paddy and Steph Bourns, their rare breed flocks live in traditional chicken houses on 12 acres of land, with perches and are entirely free range.

Paddy and Steph have recently launched their new pure white egg – The Arlington White. This egg is now being used by a number of prominent UK chefs.

These are not ordinary eggs… the colour and taste is unbelievable… best eggs we have ever tried!

It is so important to know where your produce comes from and to be assured that it is not only fresh but has been grown to the highest standard.- Mudwalls delivers on all of the above

They grow and distribute to a wide range of customers throughout the UK

They focus on providing local and seasonal produce, as well as procuring from around the world to give all of their customers consistent, reliable and credible products.

We started with Mudwalls in the recent months and their iced Purple Sprouting Brocolli and celeriac have been selling like hot cakes 

<strong>Wye Valley Produce</strong>

Wye Valley Produce, produced by Cobrey Farm is a family partnership between John Chinn, his wife Gay, and their son Henry. The partnership owns 975 acres near Ross-on-Wye and, in addition, rents/manages in excess of 1500 acres around Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire and Suffolk. 

Their main enterprises are asparagus, blueberries, potatoes and broiler chickens, and the rotation also supports crops of cereals, oilseed rape and herbage seed. They sell their delicious, highly acclaimed asparagus and rhubarb under the ‘Wye Valley’ brand.
